Welcome Erik Jackson to our team!

We are delighted to announce that Erik Jackson will be joining us as Guest Services Coordinator beginning Friday February 6, 2026. Erik’s peaceful presence, open heart, experience in the hospitality industry, and extensive training as a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic consultant will bless so many aspects of what we offer at Limina. We can’t wait for you to meet him!

Here is a bit about Erik in his own words:

I bring a long-standing relationship with hospitality, presence, and embodied care into my work at Limina.

With many years of experience in hospitality, I have spent much of my life creating environments where people feel welcomed, seen, and genuinely at ease. My work has ranged from fast-paced urban settings to intimate retreat spaces, offering an ongoing education in human connection, adaptability, and calm leadership. Supporting guests through moments of rest, transition, and renewal is central to what I offer.

Alongside my hospitality background, I am a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with over six years of teaching experience across North America and Thailand. For me, yoga is less about performance and more about learning how to inhabit the body with awareness, steadiness, and kindness. My teaching is shaped by respect for rhythm, including breath, seasons, and the subtle intelligence that emerges when we slow down enough to listen.

I am also an accredited Ayurvedic Health Counselor, trained through the Kripalu School of Ayurveda. Ayurveda has informed how I understand daily rhythms, digestion, and the importance of living in alignment with the natural world. Living and working in Maine has deepened this relationship with seasonality, where shifts in light and landscape invite a more attentive way of being.

At Limina, I support guest experience and retreat operations with a grounded, attentive presence. I take joy in helping create a gentle flow that allows guests to arrive fully and feel held by both place and people.
