Ayurvedic Bliss 2027 Fall Cleanse Retreat
With Kristen Timchak and Erik Jackson, AHC
September 10 - 14, 2027
“Harvesting and letting go … fall teaches us the gifts of paradox.”
A soft cleanse eases excess summer heat through nourishing foods, with 3 body work sessions and daily movement classes (Yoga or Qigong). Teaching on vata and it’s sub-doshas paired with an intro to the 3 pillars of health (diet & lifestyle, sleep, and energy/stress management), journal prompts and quiet time on the grounds, including the labyrinth, for deeper reflection.

Daily offerings will include:
- 1.5 hour sessions of Ayurvedic Body Therapy (3 total) including a customized combination of massage, body oiling, steam, etc. that respects your unique constitution and the changing rhythms of nature.
- Teaching sessions on each dosha, food, and lifestyle
- Movement classes with yoga and somatic work, including therapeutic postures
- Meals designed to help rest your digestive system (see below for more information)
- Access to all of Limina’s amenities, including sauna, biomat, and walking trails
Additional meditation and breath work classes may also be offered throughout the retreat.

Nourishing Diet
Meals are simple, warm, and prepared with care to nourish the body while giving the digestive fire a chance to reset. A quiet myth we’re happy to lay to rest: Ayurvedic food is not strictly vegetarian, and it is not exclusively Indian. It is a way of eating calibrated to constitution, season, and digestion.
Our kitchen honors that breadth. The heart of the table is kitchari, the classical preparation of basmati rice and mung dal. Alongside it we serve ancient grains such as quinoa, nourishing soups, gently cooked seasonal fruits and vegetables, and thoughtfully sourced eggs and meats when the body calls for grounding and building. Spice combinations shift through the retreat, but the intention throughout is clean, food that supports digestion and steadies the mind. All meals are cooked with ghee. Please share any dietary needs in advance.

I am also a devotee of nature, a collector of beautiful moments (and special stones), and a deep believer in the power of love to create change in the world. My professional focus is on chronic stress, nervous system health, neuro-plasticity and resilience. I have been on my own journey of healing and transformation for many years and I know how it feels to be stuck and exhausted and overwhelmed. One of the most simple (but not easy) and profound things I have learned in the past few…
