Fall 2027 Helping Professionals Stay
With Libby and Bill Catania
November 5 - 9, 2027
“Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes – including you.” ~ Anne Lamott
This fall, take time for yourself to experience some rest and renewal on the coast of Maine. Several times each year, Limina offers retreats at reduced rates for first responders, caregivers, day care providers, teachers and other school staff, health care workers, therapists, social workers, chaplains, and employees of various religious institutions to experience rest and renewal. The time is unstructured to allow guests to craft the retreats that they need.

While at Limina you can:
- watch the light change over the land and sea,
- walk in the woods or on the beach,
- nap,
- have a massage,
- read by the fire,
- do puzzles,
- play games,
- write in a journal,
- go for a hike on nearby trails,
- color or paint,
- make music,
- workout,
- meet new friends around the fire pit,
- swim,
- and much more!
Together we will create the perfect, personalized retreat so you leave feeling pampered, nourished, and ready to re-engage the fullness of your life. Massage, reiki and other healing arts sessions can be booked for additional fees.

As the president of a hospitality company, Bill has deep knowledge of…
