Almost Summer! Yoga & Nature “Therapy” Retreat

Join us for 3 days of yoga and guided nature therapy walks – using The Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) methodology. Don’t worry! We don’t literally “bathe” in nature … we soak in the glories of creation with all our sense. In the abundant beauty of late spring, we will take daily immersive walks where you can connect with Limina’s ancient trees, streams, meadows and ocean.  We will practice yoga poses that connect us more deeply with the beauty of the created world. We see with fresh eyes and hear with new ears in different seasons – what will the almost-summer landscape share with your spirit?

We will enjoy nature therapy sessions each day of the retreat, and will be outside for as many sessions as possible, depending on the weather. Coastal Maine is glorious is mid-June with the lupines in full bloom, and the sea sparkling with the sunlight of long days.



In the retreat, we will learn indoor and outdoor nature therapy practices for you to take home and enjoy. Yoga poses to practice at home, window gazing with various invitations to guide your reflections, and aromatherapy are just some of the nourishing gifts of this retreat.



There will also be plenty of unstructured time to use all of Limina’s amenities such as the sauna and biomat, and enjoy sitting by the fire pit, and observing the sunrise/sunset.  Reiki, massage and other healing arts will also be available for an additional charge.


DATES: The retreat begins Friday June 14th at 5 pm and concludes on Monday June 17th at 1 pm. Guests may extend their stay one or two additional nights to enjoy the quiet healing of Limina.


FEES: We offer different levels of room rates to suit a variety of budgets.  For one person, a three-night stay ranges from @ $675 – $1360 depending on the room and rate chosen. All meals, beverages and snacks are included. Click below to explore the rates and reserve your room.


A limited number of commuter registrations are available for $375. These tickets include the forest bathing sessions, lunch, and access to Limina’s amenities each day of the retreat.
