Living Well with Anxiety

May 17 @ 3:00 pm - May 20 @ 1:00 pm EDT

Cultivate new ways to live – and flourish – with anxiety

Worries and fears can drain our energy and creativity, and we can use them as sources of insight to learn more about our authentic selves. Please join us for this transformative weekend of honest self-exploration in a peaceful and healing environment. Your retreat leaders, Charlene Poliquin and Dr. Will Sutton-Ohannesian, have decades of clinical experience to guide you on your journey.

No matter how long or how intensely you have lived with anxiety, together we will will gain a better understanding of our anxieties, and explore current trends in treatment, with both natural means and medical interventions. We will have an introduction to a myriad of techniques often found helpful in reducing anxiety. Your retreat leaders can help you develop a plan to take home for discussion with your healing support system. Our weekend will wrap up with proactive techniques to cope with everyday anxiety and enhance our overall wellbeing.

In addition to the retreat sessions, guests can enjoy all the amenities of this special property: enjoy the blooming wild flowers, walk on the trails or by the sea, stretch in movement classes, take a sauna, rest on the biomat, enjoy sitting by the fire, and much more. Our chef will prepare healthy and delicious meals that accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies so you can relax and enjoy eating without anxiety.
