Detailed Description of Contract Terms

DEPOSIT – Due upon accepting rental agreement

A non-refundable reservation deposit of 25% of the entire private booking rental cost is due at the time that you sign your contract. The reservation deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your final bill. Dates will be held for you for 14 days after sending the private booking quote. If the contract is not signed, terms and and use agreement accepted, and deposit received, the dates will be released.

TERMS & USE AGREEMENT – Due with signed contract

An accepted Terms & Use Agreement is required in addition to the signed contract and non-refundable deposit to lock in your dates with Limina Renewal Center. 

GUARANTEED MINIMUM NUMBER PAYMENT – Due 28 days prior to booking

Full payment – less your deposit – for the guaranteed minimum count of 6 people is due 28 days prior to your arrival. 

FINAL INVOICE PAYMENT – Due 7 days prior to booking

A final invoice will be provided after receipt of your guaranteed minimum number payment if there has been notification of any additional guests. Payment in full must be received 7-days prior to the date of your arrival.

LAST MINUTE CHANGES – Within 7 days of your booking

If there are last minute additions for your event, Limina Renewal Center staff will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the additional persons, however payment in full for all guests must be received 24-hours prior to the date of your arrival.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Your deposit is non-refundable. All cancellations must be received in writing prior to 60 days before your contracted arrival date. Failure to provide 60 days notice of a cancellation means you will be responsible for full payment under this agreement.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS (optional)

Depending on the size of your group and the nature of your stay, the staff at Limina reserve the right to request proof of liability insurance.

• Dietary Needs and Room Assignments: Due 7 days before your arrival date (sooner is better)
